As the Occupational Therapist Assistant – Per Diem, you will be providing occupational therapy to patients in their homes to restore them to their fullest physical ability.
Annual Total Cash Target Pay: $50,852 – $76,277.
Hourly Pay Range: $24.45 – $36.67.
Per Visit Point Pay Range: $29.34 – $44.01.
Annual total cash compensation assumes full‑time employment (40 hours per week) at full productivity and generally follows the range above. Compensation includes earnings from per‑visit point pay and hourly pay, and may increase over time based on productivity and performance. When conducting visits, you will be paid a per‑visit point rate; for non‑visit activities such as orientation, you will be paid at your hourly rate. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws.
