Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement approved OT programs in facility-based settings across California. You will follow recovery plans, deliver therapy, and help patients regain independence while collaborating with the rehab team.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and flexibility to address individual patient needs in various care settings. Licensing or eligibility to practice in California is required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You're equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. You know your goal is to execute a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence.

You're adaptable to the needs of the patient and can find joy in the variety of the work and the settings.
