Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitative care team on a full-time basis. You will assist with rehabilitative services for senior patients under medical orders, collaborating with a coordinated team to deliver high-quality care.

We offer a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, a robust benefits package, and opportunities for ongoing CEUs and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current occupational therapy assistant license in state of practice, or ability to obtain one prior to starting
• Associates degree in area of discipline required
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team
• Work on-site with rehab team to deliver rehabilitative care
• Follow physician orders and use standard protocols to support patient recovery
