Job summary
Triage Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Houghton Lake, MI. The role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, and a weekly gross pay of $1,656 with a 10/5/2026 start date.
Compensation is complemented by a Day One 401(k) program and licensing reimbursement. You’ll receive health, dental, vision and life insurance from day one, plus a dedicated recruiter as your main contact.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
- NBCOT exam must be passed prior to or during placement.
- Eligible and willing to apply for the state license to practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA is required.
