Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility care team. You will help patients progress through individualized treatment plans and deliver therapy sessions to restore function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT Assistant program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• NBCOT certification obtained or eligible for licensure as required by state.
• Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities as part of recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to adjust plans and optimize outcomes.
• Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and support to patients and families.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards

Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
2. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
3. They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range

USD $38.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
