Aegis Therapies is hiring a highly motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at Brio of Johnston, a rehabilitation center in Johnston, IA. This full-time role offers 30-40 hours per week in a skilled nursing facility setting with opportunities for career growth and ongoing clinical support.

As a COTA, you will work with a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• Current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or ability to obtain in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to geriatric patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Support ongoing clinical mentorship and professional development for staff.
