Job summary

Legacy Village of Cleveland is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (PRN) to join our on-site rehabilitation team. You will provide one-on-one therapy, administer functional treatments, and collaborate with staff to support residents’ quality of life.

The role offers mentorship, ongoing professional development, and a clear path for clinical growth within a not-for-profit senior care environment. Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits and licensure support.

Qualifications

• Associates of applied science degree in area of discipline.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state of practice, or ability to obtain one prior to starting.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Share your skills as part of an on-site rehabilitation care team, assisting with rehabilitative services for residents under medical orders.
• Provide attentive one-on-one therapy services for residents with a holistic, patient-centered approach.

Pay Range

USD $29.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr.
