Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitative care team. The role emphasizes one-on-one therapy, patient-centered treatments, and collaborative care with clinical mentorship and access to innovative technologies.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate of Applied Science in OT and an OTA license (or eligibility). The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend availability, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required in OT or related discipline.
• Current occupational therapy assistant license or eligibility to obtain prior to starting.
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rehabilitative services for patients under medical orders as part of a coordinated on-site team.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for residents with a holistic, patient-centered approach.
• Take part in mentorship and hands-on experiences with innovative technologies and therapies.

Position requirements:

• Associates of applied science degree in area of discipline
• Current occupational therapy assistant license in state of practice, or ability to obtain one prior to starting

Pay Range

USD $28.00 - USD $37.00 /Hr.
