Job summary

Rehabilitation Center of Sandalwood in Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team in a full-time role. Work alongside licensed OTs in a post-acute care setting that includes long-term, short-term, and geriatric outpatient services.

The position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $32 to $40, with a flexible schedule and emphasis on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Must hold current and active State license/registration where applicable
• We welcome candidates with all levels of experience

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under OT supervision.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments in consultation with the supervising OT.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising OT.

Rehabilitation Center of Sandalwood in Wheat Ridge, CO, is currently seeking a full time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. We are a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided.

Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $32 - $40/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
