Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado, is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will provide occupational therapy services under your scope of practice, supporting residents’ rehabilitation and daily functioning.

Rate Range

$35-$38/hr

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered Occupational Therapy Assistant license in CO required
• Experience in a LTC/SNF a plus!
