Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under an occupational therapist, you will assist in delivering personalized treatment plans and support patients through all phases of occupational therapy.

You will discuss treatments with patients, document responses in charts after visits, maintain open communication with the supervising OT, Rehab Director, and facility staff, and operate standard occupational therapy

• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.

As an Enhance Rehabilitation occupational therapist assistant, working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists.
