Health Wealth Safe, Inc. seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality rehab support under OT direction. You will assist with exercises and ADL training, promote independence through adaptive equipment, and document patient progress in the EMR.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and educate patients and families to reinforce goals and safe practices, contributing to a compassionate, team-oriented care environment.

• Credentialed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and able to work under OT direction.
• Strong communication and patient/family education skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans, support therapeutic activities, and maintain accurate documentation.
