Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitation team. You will deliver individualized therapy to residents under medical orders, contributing to coordinated care and patient well‑being.

You will receive mentorship, engage with innovative therapies, and have opportunities for professional growth. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with full benefits and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Associates of applied science degree in area of discipline.
• Current occupational therapy assistant license in state of practice, or ability to obtain before starting.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist rehabilitative services for residents under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Provide attentive one-on-one therapy services with a holistic, patient-centered approach.
• Receive mentorship and hands-on experience with innovative therapies and technologies.

Pay Range

USD $30.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr.
