About

Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Location: Le Sueur, Minnesota

Pay:

• Full-Time: $28–$32/hour
• PRN: $32–$42/hour

Schedule

• Ideally full-time (30+ hours/week)
• Open to PRN or part-time options

RehabVisions is hiring in Le Sueur, MN, just 30 minutes from Mankato and 35 minutes from Shakopee. This role includes potential leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Provide compassionate, goal-oriented care to patients
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and rehab team members
• Support departmental operations and contribute to program development

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Eligible for state licensure in Minnesota
