Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide home health services with a holistic, whole-person care approach. You will implement care plans, deliver OT interventions, and support ADL training in patients' homes.

You will educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety, document activities in the EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary, faith-based team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
  • Licensed/registered as an OTA in Oregon or eligible.
  • Ability to work independently in home health and educate patients.
