Wellsprings of Gilbert in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. We are a post-acute care facility serving long-term, short-term, and geriatric outpatient clients with compassionate care.

The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited COTA program, holds an active state license, and thrives in a collaborative clinical setting with supervising therapists.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments with Consulting Occupational Therapist to meet regulatory and clinical requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Wellsprings of Gilbert in Gilbert, AZ, is currently seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in‑house therapy team. We are a post‑acute care facility with long‑term care, short‑term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided.

Duties

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
