Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehab team. You will assist with rehabilitative services, deliver one-on-one therapies, and work within a patient-centered model focused on improving quality of life for senior residents.

Enjoy mentorship, exposure to new therapies, and opportunities to advance clinically within a supportive not-for-profit environment. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

AAS degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or equivalent.
Current OTA license in the practicing state or ability to obtain prior to start.
Strong interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical abilities.
Proficiency with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

Assist with rehabilitative services for residents under medical orders as part of a care team.
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focusing on holistic, patient-centered care.
Receive mentorship and gain hands-on experience with innovative therapeutic techniques.
