Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant for outpatient services at Reena Senior Living, Fort Atkinson, WI. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, allowing you to care for residents while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

You will work in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings, helping higher-functioning residents and marketing the clinic to build your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Current OTA license in the state of practice or ability to obtain.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to residents Monday to Friday.
• Treat residents in their room or on-site outpatient clinic.
• Support clinic operations, promote the program and schedule flexibility.
