Flagship Therapy in Delta, CO is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house team on a full-time basis. You will help design and implement therapy programs to meet patient needs, with strong clinical mentorship and opportunities for program development.

Open to OTAs at all experience levels, including new graduates, with a supportive, values-driven culture and emphasis on patient-centered care and continuity within our facility.
