Kadima Lakeside is seeking a proactive Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team on a PRN basis.

You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to implement therapy plans and support residents' mobility and independence.

Our facility emphasizes a friendly, supportive environment and quality, compassionate care for residents throughout their daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania state license required.
• Associate degree OTA program completed.
• PRN status may require flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Implement therapy sessions as directed by the Occupational Therapist
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient progress and communicate with the Occupational Therapist
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming, and eating
• Teach patients exercises and techniques to improve mobility and function
• Assist with the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
