Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide in-home OT services under supervision of a licensed OT. You will implement individualized treatment plans to improve safety, function, and independence for clients in their homes and communities.

You will support therapy activities, assist with ADL training, document client progress, develop home safety strategies, and educate clients and families to promote engagement and better outcomes.
