Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated Travel Occupational Therapist to help patients regain daily living skills in home health settings across Kitsap County, WA. The role covers Poulsbo, Kingston, and Bainbridge with occasional county-wide coverage.

The ideal candidate has an OT degree (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate), an active state license, and experience with OASIS and WellSky. Flexible scheduling with relocation assistance offered.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist degree from an accredited program (Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate).
• Active State OT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Home health experience required.
• OASIS experience required; WellSky experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients regain or improve daily living skills after injuries or illnesses.
• Provide occupational therapy services in home health settings across Kitsap County.
• Collaborate with care teams and coordinate with facilities as needed.
• Travel within North Kitsap (Poulsbo, Kingston, Bainbridge) with occasional county-wide coverage.

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.

• Schedule: Flexible, 5x8s or 4x10s.
• Territory: Kitsap County, with primary coverage in North Kitsap including Poulsbo, Kingston, and Bainbridge, with occasional county-wide coverage.
• On-call requirements: No.
