Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a travel contract in the Palo Alto area. You will assess and treat patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities, helping them regain daily skills while exploring a new locale.

Salary includes weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. Active OT license and BLS certification are required, with SNF experience preferred to hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from a recognized body.
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients to regain or improve daily living skills.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience required to be ready to hit the ground running.
• Shift hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
