Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a dedicated occupational therapist for a travel assignment in home health, focused on helping patients regain daily skills after injuries or illnesses. You will provide patient visits and coordinate care across the team in a dynamic travel environment.

The role requires OT licensure, and home health experience, with a commitment to compassionate care and collaboration with COTAs and the care team. Relocation support and comprehensive benefits are included.

• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• Occupational Therapy and home health experience is required.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
