Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist for travel assignments in Washington to help patients regain daily living skills after injuries or illnesses. You will provide home health OT services across counties within the service area, collaborating with clinical teams in dynamic settings.

Requirements include OT degree, valid state license, BLS may be required, at least one year of home health OT, and HCHB experience.

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least one year of recent home health occupational therapy experience.
• HCHB experience is required.
• 8-hour shifts.
• Scheduled Monday through Friday.
• Coverage may be needed across multiple counties within the service area.
• Productivity expectation is a minimum of 30 points per week.
• Documentation must be completed by 10am the following day.
