Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help patients regain or improve daily skills while working across multiple skilled nursing facilities in travel assignments.

This role requires an OT degree, active state licensure, and optional BLS. Expect the schedule to include 8:30 AM–4:30 PM with travel on Mon/Wed/Fri and Tue/Thu, plus occasional floating to other facilities.

Qualifications

• OT degree (BS/MS/OTD) from an accredited program.
• Active state OT license required to start.
• BLS certification may be required (AHA/ARC).
• Shift hours 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Travel between skilled nursing facilities; floating to other facilities as needed.
• Mon/Wed/Fri and Tue/Thu workdays; travel between facilities.

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment

• Shift hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Scheduled workdays include Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with travel between skilled nursing facilities.
• Scheduled workdays include Tuesday and Thursday, with travel between skilled nursing facilities.
• Floating to other facilities is required as needed.
