Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, individualized therapy for rehabilitation patients at our Missouri location. You will provide direct care, supervise treatments, and design personalized plans to support independence and improved quality of life.

You’ll build strong patient relationships, assess needs, and celebrate small victories that drive meaningful recovery, all within a collaborative team dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifikationen

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Aufgaben

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
