Creative Health Solutions is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our therapist-owned team serving Skilled Nursing facilities. You will develop and administer therapy programs to enhance patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to tailor treatment plans and monitor progress.

Qualifikationen

• Active state OT license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing facilities preferred.

• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques.
• Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
