Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve physical, cognitive, and emotional skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to enhance daily living skills and overall health.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in patient care meetings and contribute to best practices and outcomes.
