Responsibilities

Develops and provides occupational therapy services to help patients improve motor functions and daily living skills.
Assesses medical history and physical abilities to formulate treatment plans.
Implement treatment plans and document care and communications with patients and other providers.
Assists patients in selecting adaptive equipment and devices as appropriate.
