Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care.

You will collaborate with facility staff, develop measurable goals, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation. Supervisory duties for OT Assistants and ongoing patient progress reviews are included.

Aufgaben

• Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care and setting measurable, functional goals
• Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
• Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges and daily progress notes
• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for patients
