Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-house therapy services at our partner skilled nursing facility in Minot, North Dakota. This position offers part-time or PRN schedules and requires a current OT license in the practicing state.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Occupational Therapy license in the practicing state.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular screenings to determine the best intervention for each patient.
• Evaluate residents and develop short- and long-term treatment goals.
• Communicate evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents, families, and the care team.
• Establish individual therapy schedules with team members.
• Document and bill for occupational therapy services.
• Oversee COTA and ensure documentation and treatments meet clinical and reimbursement standards.
