Job summary

CHS Career Site is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, and administer therapeutic interventions to help patients perform daily living and work activities. You will establish patient-centered goals, reassess progress, and maintain thorough documentation.

This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus up to $25k, relocation assistance up to $10k, and benefits such as FSA, EAP, and 401(k). Experience 1–3 years in a hospital or rehab setting is preferred; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in hospital or rehabilitation facility preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations to determine patient needs and document findings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and proper documentation.
• Provide safe, effective therapy including exercises and adaptive equipment training.
• Regularly reassess progress and update treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff to improve outcomes.
• Mentor new staff and OT students.
• Ensure accurate billing documentation reflects services.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized therapy environment.
