Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited OT program.
- Current or eligible for Missouri OT license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- NBCOT certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' functional status and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Establish goals, adjust treatment, and utilize staff to optimize outcomes.
- Deliver safe therapy and follow infection control.
- Educate patients and families, document progress, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and staff education.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for staff and students.
