Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a school-based team onsite. This full-time contract role supports K-12 students through individualized therapy aligned with IEPs and collaboration with educators and families.

The position starts as soon as possible and continues through the current school year, offering meaningful work helping students reach their potential in academics and daily functioning.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in state or eligible for licensure.
• School-based OT experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and goal tracking.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Positive attitude and commitment to student growth and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students as outlined in IEPs.
• Evaluate students needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.
• Document assessments, progress, and updates according to school and legal requirements.
• Attend and contribute to meetings regarding student support and IEP development.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
