Soliant is seeking an in-person Occupational Therapist to serve a school-based caseload near San Pablo, CA. The role offers flexible scheduling, immediate start, and runs through the end of the school year.

You will assess students, develop and monitor IEP-aligned therapy plans, document progress, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff. Compensation ranges from $43.86 to $63.86 per hour, with healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored occupational therapy services to students in-person, focusing on functional skills, sensory processing, and adaptive techniques
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in eligibility meetings
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Document service delivery and progress in accordance with school and district guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student growth and engagement
• Provide consultative support and training to school personnel, as needed
• Maintain a flexible caseload, working three days per week (days are negotiable to suit your schedule)
