Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a contract-based Occupational Therapist to support a K-12 program near Cambridge, MA. The role is full-time, 32 hours per week onsite, running from October 26, 2026 through March 30, 2027.

Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive OT services. The position requires MA OT licensure, school-based experience, CORI/background clearance, and a virtual interview process. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $60.00 per hour.

This full-time role runs from October 26, 2026 through March 30, 2027 and allows you to apply your expertise over 32 hours per week, typically structured as four days weekly with some schedule flexibility. Youll collaborate with educators, support staff, and families while providing a valuable continuum of OT services.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license (licensure request must be submitted with initial application)
• Demonstrated experience in a school-based OT setting
• Proficiency working with a diverse K-12 caseload
• Up-to-date CORI background check and fingerprint clearance, or willingness to obtain.
• Comfortable working onsite (remote opportunities are not available for this role)
• Ready for a virtual interview process
