About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist with White Glove Community Care, you will design and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patients' physical and cognitive abilities. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to identify and address specific needs and goals. Your expertise will help patients develop the skills necessary to perform daily living activities, participate in meaningful occupations, and maintain independence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patients' physical and cognitive abilities.
• Provide occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, training, and education programs.
• Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with healthcare teams and families.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE)-accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of New Jersey.
• Strong clinical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
