Encompass Health Corporation seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will work in a supportive team, using advanced technology to guide patients through personalized therapy plans and measure progress toward meaningful outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on treatment, ongoing assessments, and collaboration with a skilled rehabilitation team to help patients regain independence and quality of life.

Qualificações

• Current state license in Occupational Therapy.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
