TheraDynamics is seeking a focused Occupational Therapist to deliver comprehensive OT services in assisted living facilities in Cranford, NJ. You will assess patients, plan individualized therapies, and work with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and safe discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible for New Jersey OT license.
• NBCOT certification (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work for coordinated patient care.
• Address ADLs, cognitive retraining, upper extremity rehab, and safe discharge planning.
