Job summary

You will evaluate diverse conditions, document findings, and maintain an upbeat, motivating approach while managing multiple patients daily in a collaborative hospital setting.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Arkansas OT license upon hire.
• CPR certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop a plan of care.
• Provide treatments to improve range of motion, strength, and balance.
• Recommend adaptive equipment as needed.
• Perform re-evaluation and update progress to physicians.
• Document all evaluations and treatment changes.
• Coordinate with physicians, PTs, and speech therapists to support patient goals.
