Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking an Occupational Therapist to perform patient evaluations, develop and implement therapy plans, and document progress in accordance with policies. The role requires an active OT license in the practice state and NBCOT eligibility, with ACOTE-accredited education as a prerequisite.

The position emphasizes timely documentation, adherence to scope of practice, and active participation in continuing education and trainings.

Qualifications

• Valid professional OT license in the state of practice.
• NBCOT exam eligibility or passed (if foreign-trained, must meet U.S. requirements).

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per policy and OT care plan.
• Complete all documentation and records timely and accurately.
• Follow policies and procedures within scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care with initiative.
• Complete orientations, trainings, and in-services successfully and promptly.
• Perform related duties as directed by supervisor.
