Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Pikesville, MD seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, deliver therapy to improve independence in activities of daily living, and collaborate with care teams. This in-office contract role offers the opportunity to work with interdisciplinary teams in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state OT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
