Sweetwater Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Bakersfield, CA to perform treatments and exercises, develop personalized plans, and teach patients therapeutic techniques to improve mobility and health. The role requires collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation Services and the health team.

You will be responsible for maintaining patient records, communicating progress, and participating in trainings while supervising therapy assistants and students as needed.

Competenze

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state with valid credentials.
• Experience in rehabilitation services and therapeutic interventions.
• Ability to supervise and support therapy aides and students.

Mansioni

• Consult with patients to assess their condition and review referrals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and exercise programs.
