Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and students.
• Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, and families regarding progress.
• Complete timely documentation in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Assist with discharge planning and home exercise program education.
• Contribute to quality improvement and rehabilitation program development.
