Qualifications

• Experience in physical disabilities with diverse caseload.
• Two years full-time experience in injured worker rehab within last five years.
• Two years clinical OT experience leading direct patient care.
• WA state licensure upon hire and CPR/BLS.
• Proficient in documentation and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect data to formulate treatment plans.
• Implement and update care plans based on patient progress.
• Complete documentation per department standards.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adapt communication to diverse populations.
