Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in New Jersey.
• CPR certification is required.
• For home care/early intervention, a valid driver's license and proof of insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with medical and rehab team to provide quality patient care and efficient operations.
• Demonstrate comprehensive evaluation skills and adjust plan of care as needed.
• Maintain evaluations, patient records, and documentation in compliance with guidelines.
• Utilize aides and support staff effectively.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and materials tailored to age and cultural needs.
