Job summary

Concentra is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients, formulate treatment plans, and ensure all aspects of the plan align with clinical protocols. You will coordinate with the Center Therapy Director to support business and financial aspects of therapy services at the center.

The role requires a Master’s in OT, valid state licensure, and completion of the National Registry Exam, with strong documentation and collaboration skills to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college/university.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Successful completion of the National Registry Examination.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care services.
• Perform direct patient care, including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Support and encourage multidisciplinary coordination of treatment.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care.
• Maintain professional standards through quality assurance policies and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with staff and patients to coordinate care.
• Plan, implement and interpret physical therapy treatment programs.
• Educate patients on proper care and exercises.
