Responsibilities

• Participates on committees as requested by the supervisor.
• Delivers the highest level of service to all residents, families and visitors.
• Maintains a safe environment and uses proper body mechanics during activities.
• Completes resident treatments as scheduled and gathers information for evaluations.
• Discharge planning established at initial evaluation and updated as needed.
• Prepares progress notes, reassessments and discharge summaries.
