Job summary

Springs Village Care Center in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist Registered to join our team. You will provide exceptional occupational therapy services to our residents and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, developing individualized plans, monitoring progress, and documenting outcomes. A current OTR license and LTC experience are preferred; CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid OT licensed (OTR) with current registration.
• Experience in long-term care setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Springs Village Care Center is currently seeking a part time dedicated Occupational Therapist Registered to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional occupational therapy services to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and evaluating residents' conditions.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Monitoring and documenting progress.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals.
• Assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans as necessary.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• Valid Occupational Therapist Registered license.
• Prior experience in a long-term care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
• Experience working in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Benefits

• Competitive compensation of $40.00 - $55.00 per hour. (Based off of experience and status)
